When Joyce finally corners Paul in his mother's house, he runs out into the night and she runs out after him, wearing high-heeled shoes. Then she is shown struggling through the swamp and her shoes have changed to tennis shoes.
At 1:00:15, Dr. Sinclair states that Sun rays have a strong depressant affect on reptiles. In reality, reptiles, being cold blooded, need the Sun to begin moving in the morning hours.
When the doctor shows Joyce a chart in which he says one image is that of a man and the other is that of an alligator, the chart is actually front and back sides of a man and in no way resembles an alligator.
When Paul Webster is on the operating table, shirtless, only his head and hands are partly alligator, and not the other areas of his visible skin (no doubt due to budgetary reasons).

When the men remove a large alligator from a locked pen, they leave the pen open with other alligators inside.
