I don't understand Austrian German, but I did understand the plot.Peter all ways through his films. This films has some comedic sight gags.Pete plays a singing and dancing clothes designer Hollman.A business man in the same business ,I think,William Bancroft, played by Hans Paetsch, wants his daughter Rosemary, played by Ingeborg Schoner, to marry Hollman, but she never seen him So she refuses .He refuses too.Peter never seen her neither.Gunther Philips plays a thief ,I think,Teddy Quick, who's trying to leave the country. After Peter put on a Elvis Presley style act ,in his ballads,at a night club,Teddy also at the club with the help of the taxi driver, steals Hollman pass port and money and switches it for his own identity to Peter.Peter plans to go to New york The trouble happens when Gunther goes on the boat with Peters identity papers and everyone thinks he's the famous Fashion designer and Peter ends up arrested on the ship cause the ship captain thinks he's Teddy Quick.Peter end up having to work his passage as a waiter. When he discovers another stole way,Rosemary, but don't know who she is yet ,he finds ways to try to hide her and trying to stop Teddy from playing him,Peter.Myrtle ,Mr bank crofts secretary,I think,is on the ship to spy on Peter, played by Loni Heuser.Eventually the captain Friedrichsen, played by Paul Esser, starts to get smitten with her.So Quick is fooling every open to think he's Hollmann, especially his model, Tatjana, played by Christiane Konig.Guther starts to fall for her. With more mishaps,in which Rosemary gets Jealous of Peter, when Tatjana is embracing peter,Then decides to become engage to The false Hollmen, eventually the whole mess straightens out.Good comedy Musical from Austria. 01/09/13
