- There are young women in skimpy bathing suits.
- A young lady in a towel shows a great deal of cleavage through her bathroom window to the landlord.
- Hogan's apartment is the classic bachelor pad with a number of nude and semi nude works of art.
- Hogan, in addition to being a peeping Tom, has no social boundries. When he learns there is a man living in one of the apartments, he enters their apartment at odd and late hours. He even threatens to evict the couple because the presence of a man cramps his social style.
