What is it? Two old college friends cross paths as adults and beat the ever-loving crap out of each other.
Why see it? Onur Tukel’s latest is also his best thanks in part to the lead performances by Sandra Oh and Anne Heche. They do a good job of manipulating our sympathies and concerns ensuring that our loyalties shift from act to act. Themes of female friendships, class distinctions, and redemption run through alongside a satirical look at modern life, and there’s a terrifically wicked streak throughout. Funny, smart, and brutal are all apt descriptors for this cynical look at our violent selves.

Scott and his adorable two-year-old son hit the beach together in Malibu for a boys' day out! How precious! It looks like Scott Disick needed a break from all the women in his life -- and what better way than through some father-son bonding? The dad of two left partner Kourtney Kardashian and new baby Penelope behind as he and Mason Disick played on the beach on Aug. 4! Little Mason frolicked on the Malibu beach in just a diaper, while Scott remained close by in swim trunks and a towel. That night, Scott took to Twitter to gush about his day. "Had a great day in Malibu, now the lord is off to sleep," referring to his title of "Lord" that he received in London, featured on a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. How precious! What do you think of Scott and Mason's day out HollyMoms?...

Hollywood film producer and veteran studio executive
The Hollywood studio executive and producer John Calley, who has died aged 81, once characterised running a film studio as "a guy lying in a bed in a rented apartment in Century City at four in the morning in a foetal position trying to decide whether or not to say yes to a $175m budget for Spider-Man. In the end, it comes down to one guy who has to use his gut."
When Calley was production chief at Warner Bros in the 1970s, it was his gut instinct that led him to green-light such hit movies as A Clockwork Orange, The Towering Inferno, The Exorcist, Dog Day Afternoon, Dirty Harry, All the President's Men, Blazing Saddles, Superman and Chariots of Fire. However, in 1980, when he was about to sign a new seven-year contract worth $21m, he decided to give it all up. "I wasn't enjoying it,...

After Kendra complained she hadn’t been invited to Hugh’s upcoming summer nuptials her former sugar daddy sent her a quick message to quell her fear — but should she go?
Kendra Wilkinson finally got her wedding invitation … sort of. The former Girls Next Door star and ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner went on The Tonight Show on April 14 and told Jay Leno that Hugh finally came through and invited her to his soon-to-be third marriage to 24-year-old Crystal Harris.
“I hadn’t gotten my invitation yet,” Kendra explained. “I was a little bit worried, so I put it out there into the universe—the media. You know, sometimes you have to use being a celebrity sometimes, get things out there and be like, ‘Where’s my invitation? Wink-wink.’”
But lucky for Kendra, who’s competing on Dancing With The Stars, Hugh wrote her a quick little email to try to smooth things over:
“Dear Kendra,...
