- A woman is chased by a woman and a man onto a beach and then onto rocks. The man catches up with her and struggles. He kills her by covering her mouth and nose and holding her head until she dies.
- A man is pushed over a high cliff. He falls to his death, several hundred feet below.
- A woman's face is burned by a falling light fixture. Later she is seen again with her burned face returned. She also undergoes surgery including laser surgery into her cheek.
- A woman is attacked on a train by a man with a knife. A struggle ensues and she is stabbed and beheaded (off-screen). Her body is stuffed underneath the seat cushion.
