At Auchengillen Station, Guy Grand's car is blocked by a police car which pulls to a halt across its path. After a brief conversation, Grand's car drives off unimpeded. The Police Car has shifted to the side.
In the Grands' private railway carriage a sketch of a mouth is on the wall. At the start of the scene it hung visibly crooked, and goes on to change position slightly upon each camera angle.
In the "free money" scene, Guy Grand accepts a delivery of "100 gallons of blood, 200 gallons of urine, 500 cubic feet of animal manure", but the tanker truck and the vat it fills hold many thousands of gallons.
Incorrectly regarded as goof: "500 cubic feet" of anything (manure in this case) would be 3,114 gallons (imperial), and therefore the fetid mixture would indeed fill a vat of "thousands of gallons".
When the flock of birds flies into the air at the grouse shoot, the hand of the person releasing them is visible at the bottom of the screen.
