- Opening scene shows "Sister Sara" in compromising position with clothes half off and being harassed by a gang in the desert side of her breast and butt can be seen, implying attempted rape. Later, discussion occurs between Eastwood's character and Sara about her wanting to make love to a man. This scene lasts about 4-5 seconds.
- A fully clothed man removes his gun belt and climbs into the bubble bath with a woman, and it is implied that they have sex. No explicit nudity is seen.
