- Most scenes are mild by today's standards. Views of the bloody corpse covered by rats might be frightening to small children. Other corpses are seen. Several murders occur (from a straight razor slash) and blood is seen but little else. The dark views of the beast might be scary to some. Also the scene with the dead mother who resembles a vampire are quite eerie.
- Offense may be taken from a Bible burning in a fire.
