- Two men one older, and a woman lie in a bed doing drugs, buttocks are scene, as well as the woman's bare breasts.
- A woman is topless in a pool.
- A man and woman are completely nude having sex in bed (not too graphic).
- A woman is nude, then gets into bed. A main character sits on the bed (fully clothed), kissing her. Sex is implied.
- A prostitute puts cash in her bra. She then counts more cash and pulls up her dress and puts the cash in her underwear. She then spreads her legs in a teasing manner for the taxi driver. She then says "too bad you're not on welfare, I'd give you a freebee. A pimp reaches into his prostitute's bra saying "lets see how much more ($) is in that titty bank". He then says "check out that snatch bank too" and reaches into her panties searching for her money.

- A man is killed by a bomb triggered to the mailbox door as someone opens it. Not graphic, but it is very violent.
- Four men are shot at point blank range while sitting in a car. Blood can be seen on the men's clothing and on the passenger window.
- Several people throughout the movie are brutally shot, with lots of blood seen.
- A woman speaks about a man playing Russian roulette with his gun.
- Men are holding up a convenience store, two men are killed by gunfire.
- A pimp opens a taxi cab's door, grabs his prostitute by the face and shoves her back into the backseat of the car.
- A pimp is seen getting shot 5 or 6 times.
- A prostitute and her pimp struggle and fight in the backseat of a taxicab, he then pours drain cleaner down her throat killing her, a very intense scene and a brutal way to be killed. It is dark and we don't see much yet the drain cleaner can falls to the ground as he exits the taxi. Probably the darkest scene in the film.
- Three naked people in bed are shot and killed. The naked woman is shot and then falls through a high rise window. We see her falling from below as she hits a railing on the way down but do not see her land. This is somewhat graphic and could be troubling for many sensitive viewers.

- In the end, Callahan hides a time bomb in the main villain's car before he drives off. As he is leaving with his gun pointing at Callahan, the bomb goes off in the car, killing the villain.
