We are in ancient Rome, during the festivities dedicated to Priapus, the god symbol of male virility, and Caligoloa arrives acclaimed by the people to start the celebrations. A virgin is offered to the divinity through a ritual that must resort to the virile performance of the emperor, who unfortunately proves to be impotent. To remedy the shame felt in front of his people, Caligula accepts the proposal of one of his advisers to resort to the care of Bernardus Barnardus, a sorcerer doctor with the renowned ability to heal. The emperor goes incognito to the clinic of the professor where he undergoes, with poor results, his therapies. After several attempts and numerous experiments Caligula accidentally discovers that a specific body part awakens his erotic fantasies.
