- There are two "boner" jokes, the first joke is only in the pornographic animated intro of the Japanese-cut (titled Crazy Monkey).
- One tough opponent tries to kiss the main hero disguised in convincing drag and wearing fake breasts, unaware of the true identity. This is done for comedic effect.

- Many martial arts fight scenes take place over the course of the film, and some people are seriously injured or killed. Though there are deaths, no serious blood or gore is shown, and there are little amounts of blood. Every fight scene involving the main villain is brutal and intense, and one character's crotch is smashed by another character's fist, but no blood is shown.
