- A girl and a guy are making out on a couch.
- A girl talks about being with a boy, whose mom walks in on them, and she realized that her shirt was unbuttoned to her stomach.
- A boy looks down a girl's shirt.
- Three boys talk about a girl going with all the guys in a band.
- There are jokes made about hiding from a police officer because he was horny.
- A boy and a girl spend the night together. It is implied that they had sex. They are shown going under the covers. No nudity.

- There is a large riot at the end of the film. Cars are destroyed and exploded, a school is trashed, guns are fired, and lots of other mayhem, all committed by minors.
- A sympathetic teenage boy is shot and killed.
- There is a pretty brutal fight between minors. Two kids jump another kids and beat him badly. Pretty brutal, but no blood except for some cuts and scrapes. The boy has visible deep bruising for days after.
- There is a fight involving minors. One character is later killed.

- "Shit," "bullshit," "dick," "bitch," "son of a bitch," "bastard," "piss," "damn," "goddamn," and "hell" are all used repeatedly throughout the movie. In addition, gay slurs such as "faggot," "fag," and "queer" are used a number of times, and once seen spray painted on a wall.

- A police officer crashed his car. He is later seen unconscious slumped over in the front seat with blood all over his face. At this point, a giant explosion consumes his car as well as the youth center, killing him.
