Tabu was adapted into screen by Mollberg under the title Milka (1980). The film was praised for its photography and poetry. Again Mollberg used amateurs. The 17-year-old school girl Irma Huntus had several naked scenes, which later confused her life in the small village where she returned after the filming was over. A newspaper wrote that Mollberg had "unleashed his fascination with the white naked human flesh. He makes a number of excuses to undress people, in particular the undeveloped girl's body of Milka."
The search for the young actress needed to play the daring role of film's leading lady stretched all the way from the farthest reaches of Lapland. One of Rauni Mollberg's standard questions to the landlord was whether he had a daughter.
"Then the girl was taken behind the sauna. If the girl wanted to show her breasts, she did, because she had to appear naked in the film," says cinematographer Esa Vuorinen, describing Mollberg's working method in the documentary The Dinosaur (2021).
