Introduced by director Andrew Stanton, who enthuses about his passion for the film and warns us it’ll be very different from Finding Nemo and Wall-e (as if you couldn't guess), the trailer goes on to show a little more of what happens to Carter (Taylor Kitsch) before he goes to Barsoom, including the tragedy that killed his family.But don’t go thinking it’s all Earthbound moping – there’s plenty of shots of Carter and co clashing on the planet to enjoy, even though we’ve already seen a lot of that.

Back in late August, I went along with a few journalists to New Orleans to visit the set of "Green Lantern" and although we didn't get to see any filming going on we got to see some cool stuff.
