- There is a scene with prostitutes and their costumers haggling over their price. Men grope women and A prostitute offers sex for free. One man walking with a prostitute gropes her butt from the behind.
- The girl when in David's apartment takes a shower. It shows her shadow from behind the curtain obviously nude. When she gets out she wears a shirt and her bare legs and panties can be seen. Then she tells them who want to sleep with her tonight but nothing is happening.
- A woman who walks in the street her nipples can be seen from under the shirt. She is wearing no bras.
- In a tunnel Moby when hiding himself sits near a homeless guy who is pooping.
- There are no obvious scenes of people having sex.
- Their Italian roommate talks about having a girlfriend and a wife because Italian men need love. A man's wife says she's going to kill him because she thinks he's been cheating on him then it shows a lip kiss on the man's underwear.
Violence & Gore

- Lots of martial arts fight scenes, especially in the last half of the movie. Two characters engage in a lengthy, brutal fight which leaves both bruised and bloodied, though neither of them die.
- Three men fight off many bad guys in lengthy fight scenes at the end.
- A man fights some thugs in an apartment.
- A man gets smashed in the head with a baseball bat.
- At the beginning, two men are seen practicing kung-fu but no one is hurt. After a motorcycle gang starts harassing a crowd of people, the two main characters fight them to get them to stop. Nothing too brutal, and it's mostly comedic.
Profanity

- In the English dub there is moderate cursing. A$$hole, bull$&@%, smarta$&. There is basphemy such as using "Jesus!" as an exclamation. There is a lot of use of words like prostitutes, hookers, etc.
- The level of profanity depends on whether you are watching the subtitled version or the English dubbed version. The English subtitles are relatively clean. However the dubbing uses more crude language.
- The level of the profanity of the subtitled version is about PG-13 level.

- It's a martial arts movie so there are several hand to hand fight scenes. In the climactic fight scene at the end two characters are pretty intense but it still has a few moments that make it seem lighthearted and not a fight to the death.
