He orders her to strip at knife point after ripping open her dress exposing her bra. The scene is quite long and she ends up in a bra, panties and garter belt while her brother threatens her with a long shiny blade, cutting open her bra. No nudity is shown but the scene is very sexually aggressive and implies incestual tendencies and/or impulses with murderistic intent.
