- A lot of the violent scenes are very gory, but they're usually only shown briefly. There are quite a few jump scares. Poltergeist activity - exploding bottles, flying household objects, devices turning on and off on their own - might scare young viewers. And there are ghosts, human, animal, and inanimate.
- A girl's eyes bleed for no reason.
- The main theme is very creepy. The clown doll could posible frighten some people. The nursery rhyme that can be heard when the clown and girl is present is also pretty creepy
