- There is a naked woman on a mortuary slab. Her breasts and pubic hair are seen.
- There is a scene where a woman's breasts are clearly visible as she straddles a man's lap and playfully bounces on him as they get ready to have sex. It lasts for almost a minute but they're interrupted before anything actually happens. It's played for laughs more than anything.
Violence & Gore

- A sphere embeds itself in a man's head, then a bit comes out and drills into his forehead. Blood sprays into a pool on the floor.
- A man gets a sphere into his stomach which goes up through his body and embeds itself in his mouth.
- A man gets a sphere embedded in his hand and cuts his hand off. We later see the bloody stump as his arm comes round to scare a girl.
- Lots of yellow goo sprays out of The Tall Man.
- A man is thrown into a crematorium oven, we see his bloody hand come up against the glass as he screams
- A girl is tied up and heavily gagged. The same thing happens to her three times during the film.
- A girl is choked then thrown across the room
- A dwarf is smashed down the stairs with a baseball bat
- A girl is grabbed through a window
- A tentacle comes out of the tall mans head
- A man is strung up by his necklace and choked
- There is a car crash and the car explodes
- A girl is seen with a gross creature coming out of her back, which then speaks (almost comedic!) the most disturbing, and only extremely gory scene in the movie.

- The dwarves in the film are quite creepy and may be scary to some people.
- A couple of car chases are quite intense as is the ending of the film.
- This film has a much grittier, and creepier than the first, even though it is not too much more violent than the original.

Violence & Gore
- A lady is twiddling her hair. She then pulls a clump of hair away to reveal a bloody, scabby patch on her head.
- Near the end, the tall man is injected with acid which causes him to melt, his eyes explode and there's yellow blood everywhere.
