The movie "Ghetto Blaster" did not have it easy with several international censorship agencies. It was released in a shortened version in Great Britain, Germany and the US. In the latter, the movie was cut down to an R-Rated version on release and still is only availabe in this form.
The VHS versions of the UK and Germany are based on the unrated version, but had to be censored nonetheless in order to get the BBFC 18 resp. FSK 18 rating. So far, the only completely uncut version was released on VHS in France and is rather rare. Additionally, the VHS is SECAM formatted and not compatible with PAL/NTSC players. A DVD version has not yet been released.
