Hey, fellow "Big Brother" fans. We've got some great news for all of you Jeff Schroeder fans out there. I'm sure some of you guys are wondering where in the hell did Jeff run off to after he stopped hosting the CBS Big Brother talk shows and interview segments. All the details of that are still not fully clear, but what we do know is he's now working somewhere else. He's currently hosting a new, daytime entertainment show called the Daily Blast Live. Honestly, I had never hard of it before now, but I don't watch a lot of daytime television. So, that may be why. Upon further research, we discovered that the Daily Blast Live is a pretty big show. It airs all over the country on various CBS, ABC and NBC affiliate stations depending on which city and state you live in. For instance, here in Dallas, Texas,...

The Bachelor mansion got a scare amid the Southern California wildfires, but it survived, and now Season 23 of the dating game has a premiere date.
ABC has set 8-10 p.m. January 7 for the latest edition of the competition series, which will have Bachelorette alum Colton Underwood controlling the roses. The ex-nfl player charmed Becca Kufrin last season but was sent home single after averring that he had fallen in love. Now it’s his turn in the hot seat.
Here’s the logline for The Bachelor Season 23: When Underwood showed up on Bachelor in Paradise this past summer, he was hopeful that he’d have another chance at love. While he may not have found it, he didn’t leave empty-handed: he found closure with former flame Kufrin; clarity with Bachelor Nation favorite Tia Booth; and, above all, an unwavering desire to find the woman of his dreams.

Most Americans’ understanding of politics doesn’t come from high school social studies classes but from Hollywood movies and television dramas, which is about as useful as learning about dating from watching Bachelor in Paradise. In both cases, the oversimplification and romanticizing of the process has led us to where we are today: some voters blindly supporting candidates who betray every principle they say they are for, and a generation of young people paralyzed by gilded relationship expectations.
The optimistic lesson propagated by Hollywood political movies is that the American people always eventually sort the wheat of sincerity from the chaff ...

Not long ago, those who follow the Netflix/Marvel universe were prone to complain about the associated bloat that came with six series launching within months of each other. But with the cancelation of “Iron Fist” swiftly followed by “Luke Cage,” that universe appears to be on the verge of implosion.
Taking place in the shadows of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, in 2015 Netflix launched its interconnected series that also include “The Defenders,” “Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” and “The Punisher.” They represented a big step forward for television about superheroes, grounding what might have been fantastical narratives in real world grit and dirt. “Daredevil” took on a corrupt local government in between ninja fights. “Jessica Jones” wasn’t just a hard-boiled detective story, but a thoughtful examination of trauma and survival. And “Luke Cage” swung hard at race issues, making its lead character’s hoodie an iconic statement.
Not every show was a success.

Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. We've got a brand new report for you guys today in reference to the new Bachelor for the upcoming 2019 edition Colton Underwood. It turns out that poor Colton just can't catch a break these days. We previously reported that one of his ladies from his season Annie Reardon totally badmouth him on her social media, calling him extremely weird and so on and so forth. Sidenote: Colton's season is currently still filming. Now, Colton is catching some pretty negative heat from a few popular, former Bachelors. According to a recent People.com article, the folks over at Entertainment Tonight recently chatted up Dean Unglert from the 2017 edition of The Bachelorette which was Rachel Lindsay's season. He also participated in Bachelor In Paradise season 4 and Bachelor Winter Games. They chatted with Nick Viall from The Bachelorette seasons 10 and 11, The Bachelor season 21 and Bachelor in Paradise season 3. They...

He may not have been a household name before his time on The Bachelorette, but that doesn't mean that Colton Underwood had never stepped into the spotlight. Way before he strolled the beach looking for love on Bachelor in Paradise or found himself cast as the new star of The Bachelor, Colton was stepping out onto red carpets left and right. No, not because of his football career — though we're sure being in the NFL opened plenty of doors, too. He was stepping out with his then-girlfriend, Olympian Aly Raisman. Check out the gallery below to see pictures from their relationship.

The oil is hot and bubbling gold, but Tyler Childers is not flinching. It’s dinnertime here at his rental cabin north of Nashville, where he’s holed up for a few nights, and the songwriter is standing in front of an electric stove with one hand in some cornmeal and one in the sink, gently holding a mushroom. Before he left Kentucky this morning, Childers had foraged the fungi himself — delicate and creamy-white ones he is “almost positive” aren’t poisonous — which he threw in a mesh bag and hit the road.

Love him or hate him: you've definitely noticed Leo Dottavio on Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise this year! His flowing Fabio-esque hair makes him stand out among the group of contestants, and the ladies in Paradise are definitely intrigued. But what does he look like with short hair? Tbh, still a total hunk. Photo cred @camco55 great shot! #acehotel #shadylonghair #hair #wow #prestinehair #verynice #camcosbday A post shared by Leandro Dottavio (@leofdot) on Jul 23, 2014 at 11:01am Pdt Judging by Leo's Instagram, he's been growing his mane longer and longer since about 2014. Prior to that, he had some luscious locks, but nothing out of the ordinary. And back in college, he had a full-on crew cut. It's definitely hard to imagine him without his thick curls, but he looked super cute with it short, too. And some fans think he was even better looking that way! #tbt to my jersey shore douche highschool days.

Though American audiences didn't meet Benoît Beauséjour-Savard until his stay on The Bachelor Winter Games, they fell in love pretty quickly. On the show, he started a relationship with Clare Crawley — only to have it broken off when she decided to pursue a relationship with Juan Pablo 2.0 (aka Christian Rauch) instead. But while he didn't have Clare, Benoît did have plenty of Bachelor Nation fans rooting for him — and campaigning to bring the Canadian across the border to hand out roses. "Petition to make Benoît our next Bachelor," one fan tweeted. "I don’t even care that he’s not from America... if Kaitlyn [Bristowe] could be our Bachelorette we can have Benoît." Another added, "Arie is canceled. Benoît for Bachelor." Though that hope was briefly dashed when Benoît and Clare got engaged at the Winter Games "World Tells All" special, it was reignited after their breakup. And though he hasn't...

If the theme song for Bachelor in Paradise sounds familiar, that's because it is! The catchy tune plays at the beginning of each episode, and if you don't sing it out loud every time it comes on, Wyd? The 80's-inspired intro includes Jordan sunbathing in his infamous golden underwear, Kendall holding the skull of an animal, Grocery Store Joe dropping a bag of produce, and Chris getting knocked over by a wave... because, well, he deserves it. So where exactly have you heard the song before? Footloose! Each season, the theme song, "Almost Paradise" by Mike Reno and Ann Wilson stays the same (and stays in your head for literal hours afterward), but the sequence of scenes — including cast members — changes. Somehow, the personalized intro works for the hit ABC show and Bachelor Nation certainly appreciates it. One avid watcher tweeted, "I can truly never make it through the opening...

On Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor, contestant Jacqueline Trumbull became one of the rare women who've actually sent themselves home from the show. Though she originally didn't get much screen-time, she started to shine around Week Six when she scored a one-on-one date with the lead. And yet, considering their future plans, the 27-year-old beauty simply didn't see them working out long-term, and so she said goodbye instead of waiting for a rose. Now, she's returning to the franchise on tonight's Bachelor in Paradise, hoping to score more roses and a real potential future with someone. So, what exactly do we know about Jacqueline? Frank Sinatra's Former Flame Opens up About Their Relationship: "I Made Him Laugh a Lot" (Exclusive)
They were the funniest valentines. "I was a meditating, vegetarian hippie, and he was a meat-eating, boozing, ultra-famous person," Irene Tsu, 73, exclusively told Closer Weekly of randomly meeting Frank Sinatra at a Miami hotel circa 1970. "That’s how our two-year date started." She made him feel so young. Frank was in his 50s, having recently split from Mia Farrow, and Irene — who'd co-starred with Elvis Presley and John Wayne (The Green Berets) — was in her 20s. "I made him laugh a lot," Irene recalled. "I brought him an elaborate train set from Japan, and we spent hours putting it together, rolling on the floor, laughing, and eating popcorn." (Photo Credit: Getty Images) Irene and Frank mostly stayed at his Palm Springs, CA home, where he welcomed celeb pals like Gregory Peck, Kirk Douglas, and Herb Alpert. The only thing that holds us over in between The Bachelorette and The Bachelor is Bachelor in Paradise. The premise of the summertime lovefest is vastly different from the original titles, but it's filled with just as much, if not more, drama and tears. But with two two-hour episodes every week, we've doubled our commitment. Although we love the series, we do miss having an extra free evening in our schedules. This brings us to the question: how many episodes did we commit to?
Season five will have 11 episodes, according to IMDb. The final episode will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 11, which means that you'll have sat through six weeks (22 hours) of this beautiful mess. For comparison, season four had nine episodes and season three also had 11.

The two Paradise moms also started their own podcast called Babes & Babies to talk about motherhood — and on it, Carly admits that she's getting pretty sick of hearing people say how much Bella and Evan look alike. It's been quite a while since we've seen Jubilee last. We first met her on Ben Higgins's season of The Bachelor in 2016. After that, she had a short stay on Bachelor in Paradise season three where she went on a date with Jared Haibon, who is engaged to Ashley Iaconetti.
The thing that first grabbed us about this bold 27-year-old from Fort Lauderdale, Fl, is her story. Jubilee was born in Haiti and her parents and three brothers died, she told People.

Wills Reid Is Down to Be First African-American ‘Bachelor': ‘There Isn’t a Better Candidate Than Me’
Now that “The Bachelorette” has concluded and “Bachelor in Paradise” is in full swing, Bachelor Nation fans are waiting to find out who the next Bachelor will be.
Wills Reid — an La-based graphic designer who is currently participating in “BiP” fresh off his time as one of Becca Kufrin’s suitors — is raising his hand for the job. If Reid were chosen, he’d mark the franchise’s first African-American Bachelor, a door he sees as open after Rachael Lindsay was the first African-American Bachelorette last year.
“There’s no time like the present. I feel like I would be a great first, and just to be the first African-American anything in a positive light would bring honor to myself and my family forever,” Reid told Entertainment Weekly. “I would welcome that challenge 125 percent.”

Bachelor in Paradise is still a solid late summer option for ABC.
The fifth season of the dating series secured 3.8 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in the all-important 18-49 demo.
This is right on par with last year's first Tuesday edition, and when you consider the controversy that surrounded that season, this is a positive result.

Leading out of that, Castaways debuted with 3.2 million viewers and a 0.7 rating. This gave the network its best summer launch in the slot in over two years.
The demo tally may have been on the soft side, but for a summer reality series, it is solid.
Over on NBC, America's Got Talent remained dominant but slipped to 10.9 million viewers and a 1.9 rating.

CBS is charting a course for Love Island.
The popular British reality dating competition series is getting a Stateside remake, with CBS securing the format rights from ITV Entertainment.
Love Island, which wrapped its fourth season (sorry, “series”) in July, sends a pack of sexy singles (or “Islanders”) to an exotic locale in search of love. “But as always, the road to love never runs smoothly,” reads CBS’ official description. “Challenges and dramatic twists abound as the Islanders form alliances, while relationships are made in an effort to win the ultimate prize. We were fascinated when we realized there was a love triangle between former Bachelor contestant Tia Booth, recent Bachelorette Becca Kufrin (who is friends with Booth after competing for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart), and Colton Underwood, Becca's (former) potential suitor. All has been explained, in vivid detail, on The Bachelorette, but in case you're headed into Bachelor in Paradise without any knowledge of the drama, here's a crash course.
How Tia and Colton Met
These two met on Instagram after Colton went for his screening interview for The Bachelorette. It's rumored that ABC execs asked Colton which of three women he preferred and showed him a picture of two women and Tia. Not only did he pick Tia, but he followed her on Instagram. She followed back, and one Dm convo later, the two of them were meeting up for a very "special" weekend.
Then Arie changed his mind about Becca,...

Joe Amabile, the grocery store owner from Chicago, is the only contestant who was sent home the first night of The Bachelorette. He played such a big part of the Men Tell All special this season and now he’s back on Bachelor in Paradise. Even though Becca Kufrin didn’t see a connection with Joe on the first night, fans completely fell in love with him. He talked about how he had a grocery store in Chicago and fans thought he was honest with a great personality. Even though he revealed that his journey on The Bachelorette was bad because he didn’t get […]

We haven't even learned who the next Bachelor will be yet, and people are already talking about who will be cast as the Bachelorette in 2019! That's because Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis seemingly hinted that it could be her on Aug. 1. "Would you ever consider being the @BacheloretteABC? That would be amazing!" said a fan on Twitter. Kathryn quickly responded, saying, "Actually I’m kind of in talks about it...

Jordan Kimball, one of the most controversial contestants on Becca Kufrin's season of ABC's The Bachelorette - partly because he's a model and partly because of the ridiculous things that come out of his mouth - will continue his reign on Bachelor in Paradise. We can practically guarantee that drama will follow him onto the new season, but how did he get to be so buzzed about and what did he actually do on The Bachelorette? Here's what you need to know.
His Entrance
Male model Jordan walked in like he owned the mansion and started off giving viewers at home a fashion lesson and critiquing all of the men that walked into the house. (He referred to his own style as "pensive gentleman.") Not quite a villain but not quite a good guy either, his one-liners usually provided a bit of comic relief during the season - as...

We have to give Chris Randone some props - he made it further than we thought on Becca's season of The Bachelorette, but not without some definite "holy sh*t" moments along the way. Especially toward the end of his time, where he did just about anything to make Becca - and Bachelor Nation - pretty uncomfortable.
Now that Chris is on Bachelor in Paradise, it's time for a little refresher on what the heck happened with Chris. If you didn't watch The Bachelorette, or you just forgot amid all the other drama, here's the scoop.
Who He Is
Chris was a little rough around the edges from the beginning. He was super competitive and more focused on the challenge of "winning" Becca's heart than actually falling in love with her. However, the drama between him and the other guys stayed quiet and minimal . . . until Las Vegas.
What the F*ck?...

Imagine trying to pack for a two-month long vacation. Now imagine trying to pack for a televised two-month long vacation...that could possibly end on your first day. That's what contestants who go on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are attempting to do when they are picked to be on the show. And if they are asked to be on Bachelor in Paradise, well, you are now looking at potentially spending a month half-naked and sweating your face off in Mexico. It's a lot of pressure...and can be a lot of money, depending on what you think will help give you an edge in your pursuit of love. Ahead of Bachelor in Paradise's premiere on Aug. 7, we asked members of Bachelor Nation to reveal the items or prep they deemed...

The only thing better than The Bachelor and The Bachelorette is when former contestants come together to try to find love with each other on Bachelor in Paradise. But what kind of show would it be if the producers didn't cast some villains we love to hate? While most of the contestants are fan favorites, there are a few who could redeem themselves from the less than nice behavior we've come to know them for. Who knows? Maybe singles have gained new perspective and will seriously surprise us! All we know is we can't wait to find out. Here's a refresher on how these suitors earned their villain tags.

Your favorite glitter-throwing villain is officially making a TV comeback on the The Bachelor's juiciest spinoff show, Bachelor on Paradise. That's right, we're talking about Krystal Nielson, the blonde fitness instructor who quickly made herself an enemy of pretty much every other woman who appeared on Arie Luyendyk's drama-filled season. If you didn't watch, or you simply need a little refresher to remember what went down with Krystal, we've got the full recap for you.
Let's Start From the Beginning
Krystal entered the Bachelor picture early on in the season after she received the second one-on-one date. This date was pretty extraordinary in terms of what we usually see on the show - it involved a private jet that took her and Arie to Scottsdale, Arizona, where Krystal met his parents, siblings, and his pooch. Given that contestants traditionally meet the lead's family only during the finale, this was a huge deal,...

The finale of The Bachelorette is right around the corner, and we don't know about you, but we're already busy planning our viewing party. We're stocking up on tissues, snacks, and, most importantly, plenty of booze. Because if you've been watching this season, you know that both Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Hortsmann both seem to be seriously, madly, deeply in love with Bachelorette Becca Kufrin. And Tbh, who could blame them? She's so wonderful that pretty much nobody had anything bad to say about her at the Men Tell All, the special where the men are usually salty Af and ready to let it be known. Though there were plenty of catfights between the men who were sent home, none of that negativity came back to Becca. So to celebrate her finding love — as much as the show likes to pretend that every season is the "most dramatic season ever...

Okay Bachelor Nation, we're going to use your deep memory for a sec. Do you remember back around this time last year, when Dean Unglert became the third runner up on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, and he had literally every single woman ever waiting to woo him in Paradise? Well, it's that time of year again, and there's a new hottest date in Mexico, according to Becca Tilley! The former Bachelor fave sat down with Life & Style to talk about her new collab with DoorDash's Project Dash (DoorDash Acts for Sustainability and Hunger), and she revealed who she thinks the "new Dean" will be this year. "I feel like, I kinda was thinking that Joe [Amabile] might be the one that all of the girls were into because he was kind of a mystery that everyone was talking about so I feel like he might be the one... or Colton,...

Hey, "Bachelor In Paradise" fans. We've got some pretty interesting news to share with you guys in regards to the new, upcoming 5th season of "Bachelor In Paradise" which will be the 2018 edition. It turns out that the most recent reject from the 2018 edition of "The Bachelorette" Colton Underwood will be joining the show. So, expect him to mix it up with all the rest of the Bachelor in Paradise season 5 castmembers this summer. According to a new report from People.com, the Bachelorette's official Twitter account tweeted at Colton the following words: "Welcome to Paradise, Colton! Someone’s waiting for you there." They also said the tweet was accompanied with a video of Colton exiting Becca Kufrin's Bachelorette season. Last year’s scandal in “Paradise” had host Chris Harrison worried about the future of the “Bachelor” spinoff.
“There definitely was a time I thought that the show might not come back,” Harrison told Entertainment Tonight in a recent interview about the ABC reality show. “I mean any show, as we just learned in recent history, you are one catastrophic event away from being gone.”
“I always understood that about this business, and we’re all tenuous at best, we’re all replaceable, and that television, that this business, it’s a crazy, crazy business,” he added.

The day her now-fiancé got down on one knee in the Maldives should’ve been the happiest day of Becca Kufrin’s life. But that’s not how the Bachelorette describes it. “It was the hardest day,” she recalls of choosing between finalists Blake Horstmann and Garrett Yrigoyen. “I just had to follow my heart and do what I felt was right.” Less than three months later, Becca is no longer so confident in her decision. Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the Bachelorette is engaged to one man and in love with another — and it’s why she has yet to set a wedding date. “Becca told herself that she’d never go back on her choice,” says an insider of picking between Garrett, 29, and Blake, 28. “But the truth is, she left the finale in love with both men. And still, months later, she’s in love with the runner-up.

Think back to the first episode of The Bachelorette season 14. Leading lady Becca Kufrin had sent home her first batch of guys, and Chris Harrison rolled that beautiful "coming up this season" trailer. It's an important moment for any new season of the reality show, when we get to learn which fresh-faced contestants will become villains, which tropical locales we'll visit with the production, and which men are falling in love with the Bachelorette. This season, however, there was a particularly shocking moment - one that didn't happen.
Becca was hot off the heels of a horrific trainwreck of a breakup with Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. when she agreed to become the Bachelorette. Still raw from the failed relationship, she forged ahead, making new connections. We see all this in the trailer, but things come to screeching halt when we see her sobbing on her bed (around 1:20 in the...
