Alles was du bei einem Film genannt "Armee der Finsternis" erwartest bekommst du hier. Einen coolen Helden, einen guten Sinn für Humor, gute Musik, ein paar der tollsten Spezialeffekte die CGI in den Boden stampfen und eine Geschichte die immer vorwärts geht und nie langweilig wird.
Unser Held kommt ins 13. Jahrhundert und wird gefangen genommen und muss gegen Untote in einer Grube kämpfen. (ich glaub das ist dass was passiert in der Grube von "300") Mit seinen Waffen besiegt er sie und bekommt den Respekt von den Anderen. Um wieder in seine Zeit zurückzukehren muss er dass Buch finden und die richtigen Worte aussprechen. Aber wenn er hinkommt vergisst er sie. Und durch dass wird die Armee der Finsternis erweckt. Es endet in einer epischen Schlacht gegen Stop-Motion-Skelette. (Ähnlich wie in Jason und Argonauten)
Er ist von Anfang bis Ende Unterhaltung und ist einer meiner absoluter Lieblingsfilme. Jedoch gibt es ein Problem. Es gibt von diesem Film zu viele Versionen und keine ist perfekt. Wenn du also diesen Film finden willst musst kann ich nur sagen dass je länger die Fassung ist desto besser. Aber es gibt längere Fassungen mit schlechter Qualität und man muss sicherstellen was für ein Ende es hat. Denn es hat zwei komplett verschiedene. Also wenn ihr den Film sehen wollt dann ist alles euch überlassen.
