- Michael Caine says to Seagal in seeing her with an Eskimo woman, "This the bitch you been bangin'?" and then, "We could get hookers better than this."
- In a dream sequence, topless women are shown. 2 topless women sit and make strange sounds while blowing into each others mouths. Then (in the same dream sequence), Seagal must choose to talk to an old wise woman or be tempted by the fully nude woman to his left. The nude woman's breasts are shown and her crotch is shaded by the shadows as she sways and dances for him before climbing on a bed, beckoning him to join her.

- Seagal shoots a man in the groin then shoots another man in the head some blood.

- There's a brutal and at times bloody bar brawl between the main character and a group of men, and people are punched, kicked, have bones broken, and are thrown into tables and furniture. A man is punched in the face and his nose is broken and bloody.
- A horse vs. helicopter chase.
- A man tries to shoot Seagal with a shotgun but Seagal grabs the barrel and flips the gun on the man, blowing a large hole through him. A large bloody hole is shown through the man's torso and bloody mist and matter fly out from behind him.
- An unarmed man is shot point blank.
- A man is hung with a chain around his neck.
- An old man being tortured to death. He is tied to a chair and then his fingers are smashed with a whale-bone. Then his leg is cut into with a pipe-cutter. He screams and wriggles in agony as this happens. (bloody and disturbing)
- Many shootings, often with high amounts of blood.
- A man is impaled on a bunch of small sticks.
- A woman crashes into a tanker and gets mangled. Copious amounts of blood is shown pouring off of her face. She then explodes and burns to death as she tries to escape the vehicle.
- A man is pushed into helicoptor blades and blood splatters all over the side of the chopper.
- A man is stabbed in the eye with a knife. He is then pushed into the wall and the knife bursts out the back of his head.
- Other instances include people being killed in explosions, other stabbings, and beatings.
