Sex & Nudity

  • Some very tame sexual innuendo. Children will not understand.
  • A man grabs a woman's breasts, but she is disgusted and tells him off. (This is very brief, and they are both fully clothed.)
  • Some mild kissing.

Violence & Gore

  • Some vague references to war and related injuries. Children will not understand.

Profanity

  • Several interjections such as "bugger" and "by God", a couple of "damn" and a "hell", and 1 f-bomb.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Many scenes take place in a Welsh pub. There is some drinking and just a couple of quick scenes of cigarette smoking. One character is found with an empty bottle of gin, and appears to have a hangover - but blames paperwork as an excuse to stay in his room with the curtains drawn.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Two men go up a mountain in a thunderstorm at night. Lightning strikes close to them, and one of them panics and starts screaming. (It is presumed the rain and thunder brings back his recent memories of WW1.) He collapses, covers his ears and keeps screaming for the duration of the scene. He receives medical treatment and turns out all right, but it's quite an intense/emotional scene.
