- There are several scenes during the first half of the movie of graphic simulated sex, breasts are visible as well as many below-the-belt shots, a few shots of oral sex in the movie are unsimulated.

- Too many stabs, slices, and other violent impacts to count, just as or even more violent than "Natural Born Killers" 1994. Very over the top
- There are dozens of acts of sadistic and graphic violence, a man is shot in the head, another man is stabbed repeatedly until the murders are depicted and are done so with incredibly disturbing intensity including someone's throat being slit, someone being stabbed in the collarbone repeatedly, a pregnant woman is stabbed in the belly and someones head is beaten open with the handle of a gun.
Profanity

- The word "fuck" is spoken many times as well as other profanities such as "shit", "damn" and many others including many graphic references to sex and drugs.
