has its good moments

this based on a true story movie is all right,i suppose.it involves a ban robber and his wife/partner,and the FBI as they try and stop him.problem is,he wears a good disguise and thanks to his wife(the brains behind the outfit)very organized.eventually the bank robberies escalate into shootings, and the move ends on a tragic, sad note.Unlike another In the Line of Duty movie,The FBI Murders, this one is not as brutally violent.it also moves a lot slower.the criminals in this one are shown to be more sympathetic.whether that's accurate to the real story,i don't know.Bruce Campbell(The Evil Dead Trilogy)and Lori Loughlin(TV's Full) House star as the husband and wife.both are decent enough.Loughlin was actually pretty good, transcending her all American girl image from Full House.i'd give this movie a 5.5/10

A little repetitive

Warning: Spoilers
Another in the IN THE LINE OF DUTY TV series, thie time around focusing on a modern-day Bonnie & Clyde who commit a series of armed bank robberies. Lori Loughlin and Bruce Campbell star, and it's particularly amusing/enjoyable to see the latter star stepping away from his horror career to do something more thriller-y. He's as earnest as ever, as are the rest of the cast, although the show sticks to cliche and feels average despite the occasional ferocity of the subject matter; perhaps it's simply a little too repetitive.

Been there, Done that

This movie has so many clichés, I had to stop counting. Not only this, but the film editing was horrible. This movie was supposed to take place in Chicago. I'm not sure when Chicago had backdrops of beautiful pine tree covered hills. As a resident of Portland, I immediately recognized the film location. As far as the plot goes, the leading female character has bi-polar disorder and that was also stereotyped and somewhat glossed over. The lead detective's role was oversimplified, especially in regards to his relationship with his father, Who, of course, is a retired police officer. I saw the first 15 minutes of this film and was pretty much able to predict the remaining hour.

Warning: Spoilers
ah yes now i know. i seen this movie nearly a 1 year prior when it was first released as "Normal Life" starring Luke Perry.

Coincidence or not everything is faithfully translated. In Normal Life, Luke Perry stars as an ex-cop who robs banks to please his girlfriend. The girlfriend gets caught up in the rush and is addicted to the excitement and soon begs to become a part of it. Luke Perry sports an Abe Lincoln beard as fake as wet poodle used as a hairpiece. Cops rely on leads such as getting reports from all stolen local late model sedans which he uses as get-away cars. Both lead males want to rob the banks only to get the finer pleasures out of life and then blend in with society but are enslaved by thier mates desires. The women counterparts are hypnotic to the Bonnie and Clyde lifestyle and prove to be the down fall of the systematic plan. I won't provide the spoiler but it ends in pretty much the same fashion. Bruce Campbell(Blaze..) draws amazing parallels to Luke Perry as well as Lori Loughlin to Ashley Judd.

Don't need to point out comparisons because there are too many. The above plot line, characters, and occurrences are blue prints of one another. Both worth taking a look at least once..or twice depending on your view.

Warning: Spoilers
A lot of people dont realise this is based on a true story, I noticed. It was alright, if you listen to the story the main cops father sais and the title,("...he wanted to go out in a blaze of glory...") you can guess the ending, but with a slight twist.
