- The movie has 4 heroines, 3 of them are only dressed during the opening scene, Susan Hemingway is entirely naked for ALL of her screen time.
- Full frontal female nudity throughout. Female is forced to perform cunnilingus on another woman.
- Three women in truck are taken prisoner and the other three run into the forest and are raped by the soldiers. The three women who are raped have their tops torn off and breasts exposed. Actual rape part is not seen.
- The head madam tells soldiers that they have her permission to rape the women first before capturing them alive.

- Sexual torture makes up a large part of the film. Women are hung with their vaginas over blades. A woman is also tortured by a rodent being put into her vagina. Women are chained and starved. They are also shot repeatedly whilst naked.

- The three female prisoners are naked in a cell, breasts and pubic hair can be seen. They have a collar around their necks and chains to the ceiling. The three women being cold, rub on one another. One woman urinates while standing up. Urine can be seen coming down her leg onto her feet.
- A different naked woman in another cell crawls towards water bowl, breasts are seen. She is then brought to the madam by a soldier. She is naked, breasts and pubic hair is seen. A naked girl is forced to perform oral sex on madam. Only head between legs is shown.
- One of the three prisoners is brought downstairs naked, breasts and pubic hair clearly seen and she is chained by the neck. She is made to sit on a torture device. Bleeding pubic region is seen for a second.
- A second prisoner is brought downstairs and strapped naked to a table where she is electrocuted multiple times. Her breasts and pubic region can be seen.
- The third naked prisoner is brought to the torture room and placed on a table with a curved horn on it. Her breasts are shown as she is tortured. It is assumed the horn enters her vaginal cavity. Blood is seen on the table coming from between her legs. A hollow tube is inserted into the woman's vagina (not shown) and then a rat is placed into the pole.
- When this prisoner returns to her cell to be chained by the neck, there is a new naked woman (joining the original three) forced to stand with a chain around their necks. Breasts and pubic hair can be seen on all four girls.
- In order to trick the guard, the four girls start acting sexual towards one another, rubbing and touching each other and kissing. They are all still naked.
- All four girls escape into the jungle naked. Breasts and pubic region can be seen throughout the escape scene.
