Lots of skin and nothing else.
Hermit C-27 September 1999
Marc Greenburg has been the executive producer for loads of feature-length and short films that have been shown late at night on the premium cable channels for years. His name in the credits is a guarantee that there will be a lot of skin and sex in what follows. Even if they're not the most intellectually edifying things you'll ever see, they have usually been decent productions of at least a certain standard. But a couple of his films lately haven't lived up to any standards at all, except low ones.

'Rebecca's Secret' is about the worst in this regard. The decision seems to have been made to "give 'em what they want," that is, several attractive women taking off their clothes every few minutes and having sex. Certainly that will be enough for some viewers but most of them are used to a least some minimum levels of proficiency in acting and screenwriting. The script to this movie couldn't have been worked on any longer than it took to hammer it out on a typewriter. Plus the acting is so lackluster, or just plain bad, if you will, that I can't imagine more than one take was filmed of any scene.

Amy Rochelle is the star and at this point can barely be described as an actress. Avalon Anders, usually seen in her movies au naturel, is at least marginally better, and Lauren Hayes might actually be a legitimate thespian, if not a first-rate one. All of them look great without clothes, and the camera does not roll for long without one of them appearing nude. This is the film's only saving grace. Even the simulated sex is done badly about half the time, though it looks like the director finally said OK, let's try to make it look real. If you're just looking for a movie full of nudity and sex, this is it, but you may be surprised to find yourself thinking that's not enough.

Slight variation on a theme

Rebecca has her name on the company and shoots the models, but her husband and his editor really run the company. She seems to spend a lot of time naked (no complaints) and shoots the lingerie models. Her husband personally "interviews" potential models. What follows is your usual excuses(or without) to get naked and have simulated sex. The only high point is Rebecca goes topless (accidently?) in lingerie while attempting to drown a guy.

See this movie mostly for Amy Rochelles hot tight little body, which you will see from virtually all angles.

Terrible movie, Amy Rochelle is lifeless and so boring.

This has to be one of the worst erotic movie I've ever seen. Amy Rochelle is not beautiful and her body is skinny, she is kind of woman that you wouldn't have sex with even if they give you money. Avalon Anders was hot but she didn't add much to this movie.

Watch Lauren Hays's sex scenes and skip everything else.

Warning: Spoilers
I saw this movie on DVD called Rebecca's secret the main chic is probably the hottest softcore porn chic you will come across

but all the action is man-woman, a minus.

Is Amy Rochelle bored with sex?
baysharam27 May 2000
I've watched the career of Ms. Rochelle, from her risque playboy shots, to her love message videos and this movie seems to be the worst of them all. She's got the body to die for, however her lack of enthusiasm in this flick left me very disappointed. Her performance in Secret Games II was wonderful, if just a little too much make up. Also her enslaved man has a problem with his sock at one point in a love scene. He corrects the problem, but this is unfortunately left in the movie.

My guess is that this movie was turned around in 3 days tops.
