Sid returns to his empty apartment after attending the funeral of Andy, his lover who has died of aids. When Sid turns on the radio, he learns that his Andy has requested a song and as the music plays, we see through current films and memories those who Andy's life (and death) has affected.

This is the best film I have ever seen.

I saw this film at a film festival in Ottawa, Canada, soon after it was released. I was very moved by it, and although I have seen over 200 films since then, I still consider it to be the best film, of any genre, and of any length, that I have ever seen.
