A small village up in northern Sweden are anxious to have one more citizen so that they finally get enough citizens to get a spot on the EU-map. Desperatly the villagers try to entice everyone who happens to stop by in the little town to stay, and to advertize the town in the most hilarious ways. All to no success, of course :)
