A family of mice move into a nice hole in the wall. While the mother and father relax after the move, the children explore the junk shop it is attached to.
It's a collection of gags in this cartoon by Ub Iwerks in the late days of his independent cartoon studio. Except for the admonition at the beginning "Don't get into trouble", there's no dialogue; as the children get into increasing trouble, the gags are coordinated with Eddie Kilfeather's pleasant score.
