Rather Somber
A rich dog throws his money away and blames others.
It's not a particularly gag-filled cartoon, even by the rather sparse standards of Paul Terry's silent Aesop's Fables standards. In fact, it seems devoid of any jokes whatsoever, as if the staff had decided to make a completely serious one, with everything illustrating the gradgrinding moral. As usual i this period, the design is simple, but adequate, the background work likewise, and the animation decent.
