I don't know who narrated this cartoon from the period just before Paramount closed down the animation department, but it sounds like a little girl telling the story about how her daddy went to the moon and became a hero, but didn't fare so well at the amusement park.
Seamus Culhane is credited as co-director, but it's Al Eugster's work all the way, and he certainly committed to the aesthetics of the situation, finishing each cel with a crayon, even the Paramount logo at the beginning. It's certainly an amusing story, and Eugster's designs are spot-on for a cartoon with this title. Lots of fun!
