The aircraft type of flight 1602 is a Boeing 757, but it changes into a 747 on take-off and a Caravelle after landing.
After the co-pilot lowered the landing gear and confirmed it is locked, several exterior shots show the plane still with the landing gear up.
Grizzly first calls the flight involved in the near-miss Trans-Atlantic 219. In all subsequent radio transmissions, it is referred to as Pan-Atlantic 219.
Not only does the aircraft appear to be a 747/757/Caravelle on takeoff/during flight/after landing but it would appear to have started out life as a L10-11 at the departure gate before boarding. Quite the versatile machine!
