This XXX version of the "My Fair Lady" story should have been a winner but director Gary Graver made a fatal misstep by not emphasizing the role of star Victoria Paris enough, instead filling the show with extraneous sex scenes.
Paris is introduced 100% unrecognizable as a bag lady spotted sitting down the bar by T.T. Boy, who bets his pal Peter North that North won't be able to convert her into a cultured lady in a week's time. North takes up the challenge and soon Paris has showered, become her glamorous self and is learning etiquette including proper dining habits.
It should be obvious based upon the charming, endearing performance Victoria gives that she should be afforded maximum screen time for acting and sex scenes, but instead Graver digresses with pointless XXX filler. Most egregious example is after his customary (almost mandatory) cameo as a waiter serving North and Paris at a restaurant, Ron Jeremy is brought back later to give a lengthy rant about his problems in the restaurant industry, prior to his wife having sex with him.
Similarly, the show stops abruptly to present the industry's then-reigning tattoo queen Viper in a gonzo three-way with two Black studs.
Also missed entirely is the opportunity for some dramatics once Paris inevitably learns that North's kindness to her is all based on a callous, chauvinist bet about the ease of manipulating her. Instead we get a pat, rushed happy ending.
