In the scene just before Evie's globe breaks, she and Drum are fighting in the bedroom. Drum kicks his guitar case and it breaks the shade behind her. In the next shot it's fixed.
In the wedding night scene Evie removes her corsage from her wrist and picks up her make up bag out of the suitcase. In the next shot her corsage is back on her wrist. Then she picks up her make up bag again.
When Evie snaps the photo of Drumstrings, Faye Jean's arms are up. When Evie looks at the developed photo, both of Faye Jean's arms are down and she is turned to her right instead of facing the camera (as she was when the flash went off).
All three of Evie's finished photos shown don't match the pictures taken.
Although it is implied that the movie takes place in North Carolina but in the beginning, when Evie and her father are at the breakfast table, the jam and milk are of a brand that is only sold in HEB stores, which are only found in Texas. (Where the film was actually shot)
The bus that Evie walks by after Drumstrings drops her off at work prominently says Elgin I.S.D. on it. Elgin I.S.D. is in Texas, where the movie was filmed, and not in North Carolina, where the film is based.
