- A dead woman is found topless, breasts visible. The detective determines that she had an abortion.
- At a temple, a woman performs abortions on women. She and the women strip down, revealing their breasts, for the procedure.
- The main character is said to have a large penis. He uses his penis as a torturing device to make women confess and give up information. To train his penis, he tortures his penis by beating it with a wooden club and puts his erection into a basket with salt. He essentially rapes the women until eventually they want him to continue having sex with them, and then they give up information. Breasts and the man's butt are visible.
