This dumb Vivid Video release from Paul Thomas tries to have it both ways, but is transparently cynical. The premise is that "Brat" series star Jamie Summers is tired of being typecast as the cute, jailbait porn star and wants to do serious movies. Her director Micky Ray rejects this throughout the movie, wanting her to stay as she is (stay in her place) until at the end he makes a pitch to his producer PT and gets nowhere. The viewer also gets nowhere. To complete the bait & switch, the title spoofing "Bad News Bears" from the mainstream merely has Jamie posing for stills by Ron Vogel at the beginning dressed up as a youngster with a baseball bat. That's all you get for a possible Bears spoof.
