This film is a short which features the old act of The Five Locust Sisters singing two songs on stage. While this style of film seems very dated today, in its day this film was meant as an experimental film, as MGM was working on perfecting a sound system.
My score of 2 might be a bit deceiving and I really struggled with coming up with a rating for this very early sort sound film. In 1928, this must have been a moderately interesting film but today it is practically unwatchable. This isn't because the sound quality is poor (in fact, for a sound film this old, it was amazingly good), but because the songs were just awful and most anyone listening to these singers today might be tempted to either commit suicide or throw something at their television! As a historical curio, it's invaluable. As entertainment, its less interesting than watching lint form in your belly button!
