In the close up views she is holding Them correctly, with the open end of the Crook up. In the farther away views, it is held with curved end still Linking up, the opened side is pointing downward.
PROLOGUE: "Cleopatra, the 20-year-old Queen of Egypt is in exile. Her brother and sister have stolen the throne. Egypt is part of the Roman Empire and is in debt to Rome. The Great Julius Caesar and his army have come to Alexandria to collect the debt. Cleopatra awaits at the borders, plotting her return."
