Stupid courtroom porn
lor_31 July 2023
A rather silly 2-parter from the VHS era, starring Aja as a young lawyer who inherits daddy's law firm when he dies suddenly, and is determined to run in successfully with a relatively inexperienced staff.

Movie begins stupidly with Ron Jeremy f*cking busty dominatrix Daphne, and right before his cum shot he starts coughing and has a heart attack. Yes, Ron is the dead father of Aja in this stinker. (Another movie titled "Nookie Court", a broad comedy has almost an identical cast to the "Layin'" pair of films and in that one Ron gets to f*ck Aja.) Episodic Part 1 has a couple of cases depicted: Steve Drake in flashback f*cks his boss Taylor Wane and then sues her for not giving him a promised promotion, a role-reversal harassment suit a loss for Aja's firm. Jerry Butler represents a hooker, played by Lisa Loring, in a case against cop Wayne Summers for mistreating her and he loses too, setting up the sequel when fellow cop beat Butler up.

A dumb subplot has director John T. Bone inviting Aja to take him on as a client, and he invites her to watch a porn movie being shot. That's an excuse to include a lesbian scene between Domonique Simone and Marissa Malibu, with Summers himself busting Aja on-set for being part of a porno production -obviously retribution for her firm having dragged him into court.

The movie is poorly directed, especially supposedly dramatic scenes of Butler as a crusading lawyer, and the sex scenes are shot with extreme gynecological closeups, hardly fitting a dramatic Adult movie rather than gonzo. Equally disheartening is watching the immediately recognizable Lisa Loring, former mainstream actress remembered for portraying Wednesday on TV's "The Addams Family", emoting in porn late in her career this one time, though not crossing the line and appearing in a sex scene.
