For nearly six years now, I have been catching he-double toothpicks from my friends because I would always tell them that my favorite show growing up was "The Littl' Bits on Nickelodeon. The problem was not that the show was bad, but that they did not believe that it ever existed. I now have proof that my favorite show was not a figment of my imagination (though it would have been a lucrative psychotic episode) and that it was, in fact, quite awesome. I am 20 years old, and I still catch myself at times (often in the middle of lectures or classes) singing the theme song. Thank you for giving me proof! I can now, quite maturely, stick out my tongue at those friends. Well, they are actually not friends of mine any longer due to their constant badgering about the "figment". This show was my first taste of anime, and has led to a lifelong love affair with the genre. Also, the characters were much more developed than those on other shows. I watch some of the cartoons aired for children these days, and do not find it surprising that kids are so messed up. (Have you ever actually watched Ren & Stimpy, Catdog, Rocko's Modern Life, etc. ?) No wonder people are crazy. Shows these days are not the end of society, but it's within walking distance, in my opinion. Bring back Lillabit!!!
