Tedious in the extreme, EUROMEN is a crudely made paste-up-job, with Peter North in his gay blade "Matt Ramsey" persona, as the host for a collection of loops lensed in Europe. Loops are on film and North's wraparound footage on video for this disappointing package.
Gimmick is that supposedly Ramsey (North) traveled to Germany, Portugal, Italy and Austria and photographed willing gay performers having sex on location. It's dull, uneventful sex acts by unattractive guys who look like they were recruited off the street, not professional performers. The closest thing to novelty is a dungeon setting for leather boys, but even that sequence is a bore.
North is his smoothie self, directly addressing the viewer as he lolls by a pool, changes outfits or plays with himself. The patient viewer gets a final 10-minute reel of North, finally overcome with pent-up horniness, jacking himself off for the predictable fountains of cum shot on a full-length mirror.
