- In two scenes, we see a couple post-coitus asleep in bed with covers up to his bare chest and her bare shoulders with part of her abdomen.
- A woman goes to a man's motel room to find a bottle of hand lotion and the used tissues next to his bed (implying masturbation).
- Hank buys supplies for him and Irene and we later see that this includes a bottle of booze and a large, flexible dildo.
- Irene sees a bulge growing down the length of Hank's pants leg and then sees it lifting up his leg (an erection joke) as he leers at her.
- There are some butt-jokes where one scene is with a man who is forced having a chicken stuck on his anus (he yells).

- M-f-er/m-f-ing is only used by the main character's 3 (grown, late teenage years) boys, who are minor characters. When they rarely appear, they do use it very frequently, in more than half of their sentences. Seems like a bit of a gag to me

- A little girl, who's jump roping in the street, disregards Charlie's advice for her to get out of the street, and tells him to "Fuck off!". Charlie tells him that her daddy say he's a joke, and then uses strong profanity at him.
- The movie makes potentially offensive jokes about mental disorders (schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder), little people, obesity, yeast infections, injured animals, black people, and albinos.
- It sounded like one song contained 3 uses of the "f" word (used with "mother"), while another contained at least 1 use of the "s" word.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The scene where a man sucks a woman's breast may frighten and horrify some viewers.
- Some people get injuries with blood shown.
- One of the frightening factors of the movie is the blood as it were done moderately, There are three scenes with blood in them, one scene is when a man gets shot in the arm, and the thumb, another scene is where a man is shot in the chest, another is shot in the back with a lawn dart and for a split second we could see the dart punctured in his back (blood is shown spurting for a split second if you put it in slow motion).
- For ones with Aracnophobia, around an hour into the movie there is a moderately sized spider that is seen crawling on the chest of one of the main characters.
- The premise of a man having a split personality to do violent things is disturbing.

- Hank gets on a grocery store PA system and repeatedly asks for a price check on a feminine hygiene product for a yeast infection called "Vagi-clean". He also asks her what the problem is and if she has "some cheese on the taco" and that she's making a loaf of bread and he thinks that it's sourdough.
- References to sex in speech include, amongst a few others: (about a dildo) was gonna lube it up and ram it in there, inch by inch, like a gentleman; Do you swallow? (woman protests) Ok, I'll take it slow; you couldn't hit the G-spot on a 12-pound p*ssy; you can't keep your legs closed; turn around I'll play the back nine.
- As Charlie sadly reminds Layla (as she's leaving him for a limo driver) that she said she'd eat whale blubber for him, the limo driver states, "She'll be eat blubber, alright, just as soon as I free Willy" (a penis reference). He and Layla then exaggeratedly French kiss.
- Hank tells Irene that he hopes they'll get to know each other better and then asks if she swallows (presumably related to oral sex). She then slaps him.
- After talking about the fun Irene had the night before with Hank, Charlie complains that all he has is a swollen prostate after the above.
- Referring to the dildo once more, Charlie complains that Irene stuck it up his "ass," but she replies that he did it himself. He then replies that she's the one who can't keep her legs closed.
- A friend of Charlie's tries to open his eyes about Charlie's three young sons obviously not being his in a biological sense (since they're black and he and his wife are white) and then makes some disparaging/racist remarks about them (saying they have a year-round tan, that water beads off their hair, and that their "d*cks are bigger than those sausages" causing another man to hear this and loses his appetite by looking at both Charlie's barbecued sausages and then at his kids.
