While drinking with his friends and discussing one's beer preferences, suddenly, Peter, a young idealist, remembers that he has to vote. Without delay, the absent-minded voter rushes out on the empty streets, anxious to get in time to vote; however, when he finally finds a cab, an unforeseen surprise awaits him. Now, time is running out, and Peter must endure continuous waves of racist cab drivers and their offensive remarks. But will his vote make a difference?
