It's hard to believe the Kings of Con (Supernatural Con, that is) never shared an episode during the 12-season run that's helped to make them adored by so many.
But thanks to executive producer Adam Glass of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (who was also a producer on Supernatural from 2010-15), Rob Benedict and Richard Speight, Jr., have filmed their first episode of network television together!!
We had the opportunity to speak with both men about their guest starring roles, their friendship, the cross-pollination of the Supernatural family a lot more. Check out excerpts of our conversations with both Rob and Richard below.
On Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders Season 2 Episode 5, two American entrepreneurs, best friends, go missing when they go to Bangladesh to finalize a deal with regards to their new clothing line.

“I didn’t know if he was just ‘in that zone’ or if he genuinely didn’t like me.”
Charlie Hunnam has come a long way since Channel 4 series Queer as Folk, one of his first roles.
The Newcastle-born actor rocketed to international fame after landing the lead in FX’s Sons Of Anarchy, the network’s highest-rated series to date, and has since become a star on the big screen despite dropping out of Fifty Shades Of Grey - something he “still feels bad about”.
Hunnam has two major films out in the next few months; James Gray’s biopic of British explorer Percy Fawcett The Lost City Of Z, and Guy Ritchie’s big budget King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword, set for release in May.
We sat down with the actor during the Berlin Film Festival, when The Lost City Of Z screened out of competition, to discuss...

Here's one of those stories that you may have missed over the years. It always makes me chuckle, and if all goes to plan, I'll find a few more short pieces of this ilk over the coming weeks.
The late Patrick Swayze was fond of a practical joke or two on his movie sets - and one in particular lit a fire beneath his director at the time.
Swayze was making the film Red Dawn, for director John Milius. Milius, a man fond of explosives himself, went to answer a call of nature whilst shooting the film. Unbenownst to him, however, Patrick Swayze had got there first.
As the actor recounted in his memoir, The Time Of My Life, "I...

Welcome to the age of the smart device. Ok, so it’s a rather belated welcome, smartphones have been operating since around 2007, but still they’ve a) never been as popular as today, and b) they are more advanced than ever before. In fact, we rely upon them. We run our lives through them: Calendars, diaries, emails. Day to day things. Now obviously, that’s all rather boring. One industry it is changing however – which is more than a little exciting – is gaming.
There was once a time when gaming was nothing more than hobby for teenage boys who locked themselves in their room, playing on the likes of Age of Empires and World of Warcraft. That’s a far cry from today, reaching a plethora of ages and a whole new gender, to the point now where there are more women gamers than there are men.

"This sort of dysmorphic idea of myself is still in my head.

Howard Stern snagged an interview with Sacha Baron Cohen yesterday — not Borat, or Bruno, or Admiral General Aladeen, but the actual Sacha Baron Cohen. This in itself is supposedly headline-worthy: Baron Cohen’s dedication to staying in character is an enormous, essential ingredient of the comic’s shtick. Hell, even when he was invited to give Harvard’s Class Day speech in 2004, Baron Cohen performed the address as Ali G. During the Stern interview, the comedian made a point of noting that this was only “like, the third time” he had ever spoken publicly as himself.
In reality, though, Baron...

Landing on Mars is the easy part-what's hard is spending the better part of a year getting there. Josh Dzieza on the grueling 256-day simulation astronauts are enduring.
On Monday, six men will emerge from a small metal tube, frail and exhausted, having become the first humans ever to endure the grueling, sanity-testing, seemingly endless journey to Mars.
Related story on The Daily Beast: New Photos From Outer Space
But for all their trouble, they'll reap none of the glory most astronauts get. For when they emerge onto the Red Planet's surface, they'll actually be right where they started 256 days ago: in a nondescript Russian suburb.
Anyone going to Mars will face several challenges: the devastating solar radiation, the physical strain of prolonged weightlessness. But the difficulty of simply getting there is a daunting prospect in and of itself. The challenge of keeping astronauts sane, healthy, and working together...

12 January: Haiti's capital is devastated by an earthquake.
By Simon Cording, rescue worker
Day to day I'm a fireman, but I'm also part of the International Search and Rescue Team. We are deployed whenever disasters take place around the world. I was at work in Manchester when I got a text message telling me to get myself ready because we were going to Haiti later that day. We always have our bags ready, so it was just a matter of grabbing my passport. It was snowing in the UK and Heathrow was closed, but we got special dispensation to fly out around midnight and the airport was opened just for us.
We were met by scenes of mass devastation at Port au Prince airport.

With family films taking a bite out of the boxoffice, Bryan Michael Stoller hopes Little Bear, a 28-pound Queensland heeler, can follow in the paw prints of Marley, Marmaduke and the Beverly Hills Chihuahua.
Most movies starring a dog, like "Beethoven," use 10 or more look-alike animals. In Stoller's "First Dog," about a foster kid who returns the president's lost dog to the White House, Little Bear is the solo star. He did his own stunts and even barked for postproduction looping.
"I have a credit in the movie as his acting coach, not as a trainer," said Stoller, who directed, produced, wrote and edited the movie, which was made for less than $3 million and screens Tuesday night for the first time for distributors and backers.
As a movie, TV and commercials director and author of "Filmmaking for Dummies," Stoller first sniffed...

Last June, MTV News traveled up to Vancouver to visit the set of "Tron Legacy," Disney's 3-D stand-alone sequel to the 1982 sci-fi classic. Along with a select group of journalists, we toured the set, talked to cast and crew and immersed ourselves in all things "Tron."
A studio-imposed embargo has now lifted and we can bring you the first of our interviews. Here's some of what the film's star, Garrett Hedlund, had to say.
Question: You get to do a lot of physical stuff too in the film?
Garrett Hedlund: Yeah, initially when we started this, I started the first week in January. Started with motorcycle training and getting my license and after the hour and a half of motorcycle training, I'd drive over to 8711, where the stunt coordinator David Leitch — that's his compound. And so we'd do the fight training there. We'd do, you know, parkour sort of exercises and jumps.

Garrett Hedlund is doing what every geek like me has always dreamed of doing – getting to play in the world of Tron.Garrett plays Sam Flynn, the son of Kevin Flynn in the sequel to Tron called Tron: Legacy. During the set visit, we had a chance to speak with Sam while he was suited up in his Tron costume shooting a scene with Jeff.Garrett talks about his character, the training needed for the role, and just how cool it is to actually be throwing around a disc in the world of Tron.So can you talk about the character that you're playing here? You're Flynn's son and we don’t really know that much more about it.Hedlund: Well it's pretty much, you know, film sort of takes place 20 years after Flynn is has sort of mysteriously disappeared. And starts off kind of with me. Sort of see this kid,...
