- Details the trial of a young Texas "erotic dancer" on charges of lurid behavior and indecent exposure and the various witnesses who testify both for and against her.
- Two things Al-Qaeda can't resist -- virgins in heaven and strippers on earth. Prior to 9/11, in a topless bar, terrorists bragged about their plans. If strippers trusted cops, one dancer might have prevented the attacks that the CIA couldn't stop. TEXAS TALIBAN examines the relationship between cops and strippers. Do Americans benefit when thousands of veteran undercover cops spend their time investigating indecency? Did you know, for every undercover cop investigating terrorists, more than 100 investigate sex workers. Who scares you more? A dirty bomber or a dirty dancer? A jury reaches verdicts on indecency, lewdness, lap dancing and policing priorities.—Anonymous
- Set entirely in a courtroom somewhere in small rural town in Texas, Savannah Logan (Maxine Bahns) is a young "erotic dancer" on trial for lurid behavior and indecent exposure after having been arrested in a police vice squad raid on underground gentleman's club where she worked. The prosecutor, Hilary Homes (Bellary Darden-Davis), is determined to convict Savannah to see her do time to make her an example of poor morals in the small conservative town. Savannah's two lawyers, Jamie Barnett (Bo Hopkins) and Taylor Williams (Jeff Meek) try, any way they can, to establish a reasonable doubt to the jury not to convict her. Homes primary witnesses are the town's four vice squad detectives who describe, in explicit detail, in testimony of Savannah's lap dance routine. Williams and Barnett try in their defense to establish the equally amoral ways of the police vice squad of them handling cases and squandering money they make on drug busts by working undercover as patrons at strip clubs. Will Savannah walk, or will she be thrown into the can for many years?—matt-282
