An Alice Joyce two-part drama. The story is a good one, and has been delightfully filmed. It shows how a simple country girl listened to the soft words of a stranger whom she marries, and afterwards finds to be a swindler. The story cIoses with the violent death of her husband which occurs through an onrush of stockholders frenzied at the idea of being swindled out of their money, and the return of the girl to her country home. - The Moving Picture World, February 13, 1915
