Sex & Nudity

- Several sexual innuendos, some more overt than others.
- The Chosen One his ripped shirt off and chest nipples and abdomen navel, camera zoomed.
- Whoa is a woman with just one enormous breast in the middle of her chest and we see part of it as she wears a low-cut top. The Chosen One repeatedly stares at it (as does the camera). In one short scene, they fight with themselves with tongues (french kissing - like, full screen zoom in)
- Another woman shows her breast to the Chosen One several times, but we only see her back. (Played for laughs)
Violence & Gore

- Comic, cartoon-style, martial arts action and violence was used throughout the entire film.
- The Chosen One fights off various attackers who come at him (with punches and kicks). He then punches all of the way through a man's chest, leaving a cylindrical and large hole in it (the man falls to the ground dead). He also plucks the eyeballs out of a slew of combatants. We don't see the actual plucking, but he ends up with ten eyeballs stuck to his finger. Later, he comically makes "karate noises" and a vein in his neck bursts, spurting blood briefly.

- At least 4 asses, 2 craps, 2 damns, 1 slang term for breasts ("boob") and 1 incomplete "son of a" are used as exclamations.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- As the Chosen One does various style push-ups (including the last ones where he uses his breath to move his body up and down off the ground), another man enthusiastically states that he has to get some of whatever he's smoking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There is a scene where The Chosen One gets trapped in a very small net. When he gets out of the net he sees that his dog and other people got thrashed by Betty's henchmen this scene is very intense, yet hilarious.
- In the climax scene choosen one gets repeatedly beaten by Betty this scene is very intense.
- Chosen One's anthropomorphic tongue looks creepy sometimes.
- Although none of it's remotely played in anything resembling suspense, some viewers might not like the opening scene where Master Pain attempts to stab an infant with a large knife (which results in the baby avoiding his effort and engaging him in martial arts fighting). The same then holds true for that same baby (obviously a doll) rolling and bouncing down a rocky hill.
