- There is a scene in an S/M club that includes men with bared buttocks as well as men engaged in erotic play.
- Two shirtless men unfasten each others belts and roll on the floor implying sex. We next see them in bed afterwards. When one gets up there is a flash of his penis. They have another implied sex scene showing rear nudity.
- A man is picked up on the street and darts into a secluded place, but he leaves before they have sex.
- In another club scene, a man is receiveing oral sex, but the act is obscured by the giver's bobbing head.
Violence & Gore

- We see a strangled, bloody corpse with lesions and the pants partially pulled down within the first four minutes of the film.
- A premise of the film is a theory that the U.S. Government intentionally created HIV and infecting people with it.
- We see a corpse hanged by his outstretched arms.

- Use of 'Jesus' as an expletive. Sex acts are called by their most vulgar names. The F-word is also used as an expletive seven times. Gay slurs are used by gay men as insults. The C-word is used as an insult. The S-word is used as an expletive in both English and German. 'Dammit' is used.
- Rough language is remarkably sparse for an R-rated movie.
