Okay so I admit that I managed to see this feature about 10 years later than a majority of people. The reason being is that at that time I was not a porn viewer. However I was curious to see this and find out why it was a big AVN award winner at the time. After seeing it I was immensely impressed by it's quality. It almost felt like I was watching a mainstream film with adult scenes. Brad Armstrong directs Wicked Picture's third big budget porn feature. The first one was 'Conquest', the second 'Flashpoint'. As this was made in the early days, this was the second time Wicked collaborated with 'Adam end eve' production studio. It has a running time of just over two hours.

This released at the time when Jenna Jameson was a household name and was one the popular porn stars in the industry. Porn fans were mesmerised by her natural assets, body and bountiful face. At that time she was an icon and inspired many other performers to attempt to become a star. The unique quality of Jenna was how she she managed to be part of some of the Wicked's best productions. During that early phase of her career she was married to Brad Armstrong, so she had all the connections to be part of the best films. They sometimes acted together too. However this was the their final feature since their spit up before she transited to 'Vivid'.

'Dream quest' is a mystical fairytale that is entirely shot in the forest forest. Jameson plays a woman who enters in to a mystical land and has become the chosen one to find 'fantasy' a object that will bring freedom to the people of this land from a oppressive leader played by Hershel Savage. First she meets Asia Carrera who has a scene with Evan Stone. She starts with a good oral and then a reverse cowgirl and takes a poor facial. Meanwhile there is a break from seeing Jenna and we are introduced to the evil leader who is watching Jenna on her path. This is a high production big budget feature. Many of the scenes are incredibly shot with great costumes, sets and lighting. There is a good story too. Something that encourages the viewer to watch on in curiosity. The best scenes are with Randy Spears and the Jenna threesome. The worst is the one Jessica Drake. My only complaint is the picture clarity. It is very grainy. Seems a lot like the 'vivid' movies.

Anyway this is something to definitely have in your collection if you like good production porn and nice quality scenes.
